-AE重新调整软件架构，新版本界面与算图各自独立在CPU中处理。AE使用者们终于可以在不中断预览（preview）的情况下调整参数，边调边预览，不需要每次进入「预览→调整参数→预览停止→预览」的无限轮回！

-原本使用空白键（Space）与数字键盘0的两种播放在新版本中合而为一，RAM preview 现在正式告别AE，现在只需通过空白键就可以预览播放。

-在新版本中新增一个Work Area and Current Time（工作区和当前时间）的播放概念，详细情况可参考上面影片第7分钟处。

-在AE可直接打开新的动画软件Adobe Character Animator角色动画师，搭配视讯摄影机可以快速制作表情动画。

-新的脸部追踪技术，可以快速追踪脸部（追踪不受表情变化影响，可用于打马赛克），也可以追踪脸部表情细节（可以自动产生左右眉毛、眼睛、鼻子、嘴巴部分的关键帧），包含许多追踪数据，可进一步利用来制作角色表情动画。

-新的表达式（Expression）检视功能可以让使用者更清楚是哪些地方出了问题，如表达式绑定图层误删，还可以返回表达式修改前一步骤，这点新功能还是颇为人性化。

-Cinema4D文件在AE CINEWARE中不再自动同步。这样可以在 AE中调整各CINEWARE 中各Layer出现与否。

-界面小调整，包含一些图标以及介面文字亮度。界面各栏位的调整也更加弹性化。

-同时可以算出不同格画面（Multi-processing）功能被移除了（因为已有新的运算模式）。
